Extra Credit Form
Do any of you have a form you use for your kids to fill out to receive extra credit for attending other musicla events? One that has some questions about what they saw/heard so that we know they did have to at least pay attention somewhat? If you are willing to share, that would be great.

We have it outlined in our handbook and each department at OCSA has their review sheets for assessment. For example, dance students wishing to critique a musical performance should use the Florida Bandmasters Association (FBA) adjudication sheets for large group assessment (MPA). The same is true for all majors at our school. System works well when the teachers make the requirement happen, some do not.
